We are on the road headed
west for Nebraska :(
We had a wonderful time
with our friends and family for the Easter holiday, so many people to see and
places to go!!! We did get a lot of wedding stuff accomplished, FINALLY! The
guest list is almost complete with addresses (a little behind on that) and the
Save the Dates are done they just need to be addressed and mailed. Thanks to
mom for helping finish all the tying.
We drove home Wednesday
afternoon and Thursday morning and arrived to Gibsonburg around 5 pm just in
time for Lake Erie Perch at Rollersville Tarvern with the family. It was so
worth the drive and wait :)
Friday Derek and I worked
ground in the pretty tractor for most the day (well he did) Mom, Kiaya and I
went to Bench’s Greenhouse to look for some plants but they didn’t have any
house plants…sad face. We will just have to go back when we’re back in May! Mom
and I did a little running around afterwards for wedding stuff. We got some
burlap so I can DIY the guestbook. We also got some candle stick holders from
the dollar tree to make redneck wine glasses for the reception! I am so excited
to DIY stuff for our big day.
Saturday morning my mom,
sister and I went and saw my wedding dress again just to be sure! And I LOVE it
still. I cannot wait only 131 more days! We met momma Dina, Todd and Alec at
Levis Commons for some Biaggi’s sooooo GOOD! And we got the tuxes for the
wedding picked out and ready to go…. Here’s a peek!
Sunday was Easter so we
were running all over like always! I can’t wait to have a house so everyone can
come to us haha! We made our rounds and stuffed ourselves with yummy homemade
foods. Overall it was a great visit back home and it gave us the bug to want to
move back home even more!!! We keep hoping :)
Another reason, among the
millions, I want to move back is while mom and I were finding planting pots for
me I found all kinds of fun stuff living in the garage just begging to be
DIYed!!!
Well its back to the road
and wedding planning for now….only 9.5 more hours!
